Trump and crew would obviously ignore the courts or just punt it up to the Supreme Court (which he also controls).

I suspect this is the first of what will be many EVs skipping the US market. When the president seems to have an irrational hatred for anything good and/or futuristic, there’s no point trying to force your way in against every obstacle 🤷🏻♂️
