Hearing @surber.bsky.social mention Kyle Parker while going off on Clemson on a recent Fullcast reminded me that he played pro baseball, too, and was in the first MiLB game I ever called back in 2011. Here’s my scorebook; Parker wasn’t even the only quarterback in the game (Russell Wilson!)

Oh, this is only "guys who were on teams I broadcast for primarily". My "guys who I saw on their way up the ladder, even if they weren't on *my* team" would look like this (honorable mentions to Xander Bogaerts, Yordan Alvarez, Christian Yelich, Aaron Nola, and Luis Robert Jr.):

This is absolutely not the main issue with the guy who was just nominated to lead the Office of Special Counsel (he’s an antisemitic shithead, seen here with Andrew Tate), but this dude CANNOT DRESS. DieWorkwear would shred him with one withering look.
