Anywhere required by law to provide facilities for employees or customers will still be required by law to provide accessible facilities for ALL employees/customers. If they don’t they would open themselves up to discrimination lawsuits. It’s basically unworkable.

The legal reality of this is that it will force businesses to have non-gendered facilities. And the financial reality of that means most would convert gendered spaces (bathrooms, changing rooms etc) into mixed gender spaces because they won’t have the space or money to build additional facilities.

I think it’s not unexpected that some of these grifters are gradually starting to realise that this isn’t a game and the toxic political environment they’ve cultivated over the past ten years is starting to lead to some very real consequences which they won’t be shielded from.

It’s so dumb. LLMs are objectively worse at making art, graphical assets etc than humans. The stuff they’re good at is things like data entry and summarising information. They could be freeing us from tedium but instead the bean counters want to use them to condemn us to tedium.
