One dish Sicilian Luganega fennel sausage with roasted vegetables, it tastes better than it looks. One of my favourites. A drop of Chilean Bordeaux blend.

Treated myself to some new kitchen knives from ProCook in the black Friday sale. I didn't realise how blunt my old ones were, even though I sharpened them regularly.
