The best way to wake yourself up is to get direct sunlight upon waking. It sounds good, but I wake up earlier than the sun, so I use a 10,000 lux sunlight lamp. It helps me stay consistent with waking. Try to get direct sunlight when you wake up, and you’ll notice the benefits.
