I just saw a post on Instagram (not allowing comments) about scrambling eggs with the steam wand on an espresso machine. My first job in Chicago was at Earwax, and we did this, using the same machine that all drinks were made with. No way in hell to clean that when busy. Still makes my skin crawl.

Went up to Door County for the first time this weekend. Tried to shoot a Timelapse of the Milky Way at a dark sky park, realized after over an hour that I hadn’t taken the lens cover off my camera. Heard a Great Horned Owl within a few feet of me, heard a fox screaming in the dark. Got this on my📱:
