Your faith in the system rivals that of a devout religious follower. Flashing lights everywhere here.

Just reading of a drone attack on the Chernobyl sarcophagus in the last hour. Looks like Trumps intervention is going swimmingly so far.

There is a “Gulf of America” between what Trump says and what he does. You will note that no tariff on Mexico and Canada has yet been levied. Trump delivers the simple message for his local cult then sorts the details out in realpolitik trying to leverage deals.

Over the course of the last century the poultry industry evolved from a field system all the way to a control climate and quarantine housed system and swung back to an field or open barn free range system. It’s inevitable that it will go back to a quarantine fully housed system in the near future.

Too good once Bumrah broke down. He would have been unplayable on that pitch. Once again it’s Australia’s depth that has been the difference.

4. Outdoor arena, turf wicket, weather all contribute to maturation of a match.
5. Statistical paradise
6. Multiple story lines, while the outcome of a test is primary there is always multiple minor battles contained within the larger war.
I could go on but this is a good start.

Looking at the current team the first dead wood to be pruned is Mitch Marsh who is an absolute passenger in the side ATM. An all rounder should be able to hold their place in the side with either Bat, Ball, or gloves. Marsh out Mcsweeney in at 6 for Sydney or play an extra bowler. Carey is the AR

I feel if you promote Konstas you need the stability of Khawaja for the next 12 months. Pitches in Test cricket are becoming more result oriented and 40 average will probably become an opener’s benchmark as it used to be 3 decades ago.

I’m a Konstas fan but he’s got some work to do. It took Bumrah exactly 1 innings to identify his weakness. I’ve only seen him play 4 innings and I’ve seen him castled twice with a ball cutting in off a length. The old openers rule of only being beaten on the outside edge still has validity.

I’ll always remember this as the day the sun never came up. This was at Merimbula where I was living at the time. This was how it was most of the day becoming dark red later in the afternoon. Will never forget.

Too late someone is already doing this. Some Australian entrepreneurs do quite a trade selling cans of “Bondi Beach” air for $20 a pop to smog bound Chinese citizens.

Fastest man in the world transcends everything. History says he’s a decade away from his peak. I hope he has a great team around him because he’ll need it. This will not be the easiest place in the world for him to succeed.

LIV have players ending contracts plus some at end of career. Their qualifying school graduates will hardly be box office so they need to restock. Finau is obviously the best available talent which is telling.
