So I'd have thought I'm a bit young for this, but I'm trialling what looks like a hearing aid, but is actually just playing quiet white noise in my ear to help with some stubborn acute tinnitus.

Also didn't manage to get a photo together with the incredibly talented and sweet @tjdavis.bsky.social this time as someone else needed medical attention in the queue (hope they're ok!) but the performances had me on cloud nine! (Please ignore my ghastly singing! 😭) @sonicconuk.com

Doesn't matter what else was in the PM's speech today. If this is what he said, then he can't grow the economy as much as is needed and has already lost the next election.

Bought this recommended #glutenfree flour with my new breadmaker recently. It's taken a few tries... even this loaf is a bit too salty, but my god the texture is an absolute triumph.
