Good lord, I've just been through 3 waves of the most agonising stomach cramps, and it was trapped wind??? Like I was panicking and rocking back and forth moaning in pain. I've never had trapped wind like that before. Sipping boiled water really helps.

So I'd have thought I'm a bit young for this, but I'm trialling what looks like a hearing aid, but is actually just playing quiet white noise in my ear to help with some stubborn acute tinnitus.

Also didn't manage to get a photo together with the incredibly talented and sweet @tjdavis.bsky.social this time as someone else needed medical attention in the queue (hope they're ok!) but the performances had me on cloud nine! (Please ignore my ghastly singing! 😭) @sonicconuk.com
