Whenever possible, I make my wife a cup of tea every morning - for the last 35 years. Told me last week that I have *always* used too much milk. Devastated. Always gave her less if we were running out of milk and have been feeling guilty about that for the last 35 years.

I missed the window for my bedtime and now I’m wide awake 😤😵💫 weather is too hot for some warm milk so I drank it cold. Hope the trick works to ease me into dreamland.
