I just had one of those moments where I realised how much happier, smarter, and more social I am since I've been separated from my husband. It's honestly crazy how I didn't notice the detriment he was having on my life. (Or maybe I was just in denial.)

i don’t understand how, psychologically, a person gets to a place where they interpret sign language as some kind of attack or imposition on their life. like, what the fuck is wrong with you?

What about when you know it's going to cause a flare but you have to do it anyway, but then there is no flare and spend days being paranoid that it'll strike when you least expect it, or maybe you've actually been faking this whole time. Then you'll actually flare weeks later from the stress.

We are too late to stay within 1.5C, but it's not too late to prevent the worst outcomes.

I've had to spend time thinking about my divorce recently, which inevitably means I've been spending time thinking about husband. I really wish I could find a way to release this anger before I get an ulcer.

FYI, "you're very pretty and I'd like to get to know you better" reads as "you're hot and I want to bone you". If you're genuinely interested in getting to know someone, don't say this. And telling people that this "works if they're interested" is only going to breed more incels.
