I've heard something like "we put it at 25% just like Impact in 2014, that was dialled down to 20 after pushback so maybe this will be the same for PCE this time - and then back to the full 25% for the following (!) REF"

Ha, that's what I did straight away:-D and then their following list, and it's like a literature search/looking at the reference list and "articles citing".
