Accountability post time. I have a history of isolating when I’m struggling emotionally but I don’t want to do that anymore. Especially not now that I have so many amazing people in my life who love me and who I can trust with all of me, even the dark parts.

If you’re in the US, consider signing the official petition from representative Ro Khanna to delay the TikTok ban! (And since the government is so worried about data, don’t fill out anything listed as optional 😌)

that’s not to say I don’t support creators making money in fandom spaces. It just means that commodification & consumerism focused consumption of media rather than appreciation of media & creators & shared joy is capitalism injecting itself into a community that doesn’t need it & can’t support it
