What is confusing to me about this is, is this what middle politics is? Bill Clinton argued middle too! No wonder the politics went extreme all ways.

I read Harvard took him out of everything including teaching today.

Have you considered attaching incentives to outcomes? www.gov.uk/government/p... since 2004, got great political pushback and they stayed, have the greatest healthcare in the world. Drs make a lot less, warning you. Medicare uses idea for Long Term care with also improved outcomes. The future now

David, I wonder if there is some way to wrap this together for an argument for Dr. Acton. I am very concerned about the rural voter and the divide rural believe they are in. Deeper their economics the more they blame urban dems who created Medicare/caid, SNAP, SSA, subsidized housing. Need to speak.

I grew up very rural, now live in a large city. Was I a real American as a kid but not now? What about the brief period where I lived in the suburbs - real American or not? Are my liberal relatives who still live in the rural areas real Americans? I am very confused about the rules here!

I don't disagree. Though sometimes wonder if its merely competition at any level. Social psychology talks about if anyone has anything all others want it also. While I do not practice that I do suspect rural would not want what would happen if they got urban resources. Urbans were rural long ago.

Looks like a root cellar. My grandparents had one and it protected all kinds of food, never froze, never overheated. Something we don't think about today.

Maybe not roll over and die but you can ask people to pay their fair share of government and pay their employees what it costs to live where they work. Rich no matter where they exist should not be able to benefit from government while the rest suffer. That will stop the rural urban disagreement.

Yeh, but its always been that way and I'm in my mid 60s. Partly because the media covers national better, part do not want to offend your local professionals because they are less likely to serve you. Participating in politics and making change is much more difficult on the local and state issues.

They aren't ignoring the stories, they are waiting on us, private citizens to do the work. Tomorrow, elections 2026. It's on us.
