Sanders: Let’s be clear… If this vote succeeds, over 20 million Americans are going to see at least a doubling in their premiums… if resolution is passed tonight, we are on a path way to throw 15 million Americans off of medicaid and the affordable care act, 15 million.

My mother tries to be encouraging that I'll make friends (I'm 7yo) and Spravato will help me work around the mental ambush from the CPTSD.
Reasonably, I'd like for the people I like to genuinely like me and not force me to do all of the emotional labor of communicating and spending time together.

I've been pressure washing all day. This guy landlord evidently hasn't had the drive washed in well over a decade. Look at the contrast.

at a stage of novel drafting I call Checking The Plates because in my first novel I made a mistake in an early chapter about who was holding a plate and it cost us months of edits as we moved the plate around, always causing more problems than it fixed, so now I check for plates

The people who think a Nazi salute is fine lose their shit over something with absolutely zero consequences.
The people who spell out words so kids don't know what they're talking have to protect kids from...these words!
It's the same people. #ArgumentFromIgnorance

As a reminder, it's marketing and capitalism that pushes the Christmas season, advertising and music, earlier and earlier because:
The 12 Days of Christmas? That starts Christmas Day. It's counted as the first day of Christmastide in Catholicism, Lutheranism and Anglicanism.

Real talk. Because things are getting dire (Stupider to Jupiter), what do you think are the best local groups to donate at the moment?

Does anyone know at the #Lenovo Center in #Raleigh, if you park in the rideshare area, do you have to pay? And if not, can you just park there and walk over to the center?

If someone shares FYI info with you, but it doesn't apply to you specifically, it costs less to simply say thank you and move on. 🫠
"Okay, I'm glad that doesn't apply to you. I'm just telling you a thing you or someone you know may need to know later. You're welcome for the convenience."
