Highlight of my GCAP this year was getting to hear from the great @jesawyer.bsky.social, who flew half way around the world and fought jet lag to excitedly answer all our game design questions!

I haven’t finished Silksong yet, but I’m fairly confident that the Clockwork Dancers will be my favourite boss fight in a game full of great fights.

There’s a lot of cool shit at the ACMI gift shop this week, but this was a must buy for me. It contains an exclusive interview with Team Cherry and a ton of design notes and concept art

I think the divisive takes I've seen about Alien: Earth can be summed up by how on board you are with the whole Peter Pan analogy they're doing. I'm enjoying it so far, but I can see why it isn't gelling with some people

Now that season 1 of Murderbot is out, I can safely reccomend it as one of the most solid seasons of TV in 2025.
The dynamic between Alexander Skarsgard and David Dastmalchian's characters had me in tears by the end, and all I want right now is to watch a Rise and Fall of Sancturary Moon spin-off
