Windy like out. Decamped to Telford Golf Hotel. Wet & windy walk back to Madeley & the folks via All Nations. Great banter, as always, Enville Ginger & Broughs Superior. Hairy old walk with winds up to 80kph!

If you've never been, in a small village in the middle of nowhere in East Flanders cycling country. Great food & an excellent beer list. It will be missed 😢

The sun finally came out, before the next storm, so a ride to Codsall Station. Various Holdens beers sampled & Xmas came early with a turkey, cranberry, stuffing & gravy cobbles 😋 The place was absolutely buzzing, Codsall is the place to be.

Trappist vs non-Trappist, Achel Extra Bruin bb 09/21, so maybe 7 or 8 years old and the newer Superior Dark bb 10/25 so 3 years old. Both aged well & had plenty of condition. Must get to Achel again some time, some great riding around there 😉
