She was waving them past, why did the vehicle with agents stop and get so forceful? My guess is, because they can. She was clearly freaked out. That guy grabbing her door handle was the instigator.

Please make sure you governor is submitting a bid for funding by the deadline. ‘If all 50 States apply’….they must award $100 million to each state.
