The city doesn't enforce parking laws. In my area of downtown it took the city weeks to determine cars were abandoned at metered spots and I see cars parked in the same 2hr limit spots for days.

It is and even for me at 6'3" there are some pickups where I'm barely visible to the driver when I'm crossing in front of them.

Also the percentage ownership seems high for 25 year olds based on state data from March.

That average income doesn't make sense and I'd want to know their methodology before believing the data since it is above median household income for the state.

I always thought the Jingle All the Way parade scene was a Hollywood version of Harmon Place with stores and activity. Still not a walking plaza like it could be but seemed like a nice vision for it to be a destination area for people to gather.
