I'm not much of a dog person but I'm glad to see some dog representation in the "tiny animals wearing bat wings for Halloween" meme category.

Also, I'm very ready to be not swamped by Real Life and burnout so I could really enjoy Halloween season.

I love using sexually demographic traits in pokemon to make them visibly transgender every chance I get. Everyone post trans girl Pikachu.

I'm a big fan of supporting local businesses, but also ... to the best of my knowledge, the Amazon workers have NOT called for a boycott, and boycotting when not called for does not aid the workers.

Have the workers actually called for a boycott yet? As far as I know, they haven't. Uncalled for boycotting helps the company, not the workers...

Dinner tonight started with "I should rinse off the celery from the CSA" and then "Some of the kale is starting to turn yellow" and now I've got chopped dino kale in the pan with curry spices, a few small tomatoes, and a can of cooked chicken.

Been doing meals like this a lot lately. Really good.

The best time for Dems to have learned from the GOP to stop focusing on national races and suck up local/county/state offices would have been 40 years ago.

The second best time is right now.
