I screen anyone in clinic who is a new dx (w/ no cd4 avail) or who’s been out of care for long enough that I anticipate could have a low CD4. I still start ART same day but the crag comes back w/i 24 hours. Have only had 1 patient I needed to call, tell them to stop ART, and admit for LP.
