I needed to charge on my way to work. It took me 6min to work the high tech coffee maker while my car charged 8-21% I can finish at work.

It's key to have fast chargers everywhere. Drivers don't need to charge to full if we know it's not the only option in the county. #nissanLEAF #evCharging

A small harvest basket contains 2 cherry tomatoes and a handful of mouse melons. The melons (actually tiny cucumbers) have green skin with lighter green mottling that looks like a watermelon. But each one is half the size of a cherry tomato.

I'm unreasonably proud of this monstera - I got it as a tiny baby for free off the side of someone else's plant. Now it's growing massive leaves with inner fenestrations! #housePlant #monstera #proudPlantMom #fenestrations
A 3 foot tall houseplant with giant leaves that have slits along the edges and open holes in the center. Facing the camera you can see the oldest leaf with just three slits on one side as well as the newest leaf with over 20 openings. The stem is surrounded by a trellis of multi colored hexagons with air roots sticking through many openings. A baby monstera approx 12 inches tall with 4 solid leaves in a 3 inch pot.

With apologies to the French, I made up my own version of ratatouille and its delicious! The top layer looks just like ratatouille. Underneath there's a layer of cheese (ricotta with mozz cheddar herbs). Under that there's a layer of white beans. At the bottom is pasta. #resistanceGarden #vermont
A cast iron dutch oven full to the brim. Slices of zucchini, eggplant, tomato, and onion are layered in a spiral on the top and sprinkled with minced garlic and herbs. A serving of the previously pictured dish scooped onto a plate. Now the veggies are mixed and you can see ricotta, large white beans, and pasta mixed in.

I have grown a little alien veggie! This is kohlrabi, it's a member of the brassica family and it tastes a bit like a mild broccoli stem. I eat it sliced or diced, raw in salads or sauted with other veggies. but mostly I grow it for its looks! #resistanceGarden #grownYouOwnFood #vermont #garden

Our 10 year old is an aspiring baker so I whipped out the fancy looks for her birthday cake. Everything looks fancy with edible flowers on top. This is a gluten free Victoria Sandwich cake with lemon buttercream and strawberry jam filling. #glutenFree #baking #kidsBirthdayCake
