I am trying to figure out WHO gave trump authority to tell other countries in the world what to do and when? Hosting negotiations is one thing but making broad statements about ceasefires, ends of wars, and throwing grandiose words out like confetti are just blowing smoke and have no meaning.

Judd at Popular Information posted information today about programs that are frozen for now. There was a screen shot from the HHS website that had a red warning box about funds are being withheld. I wanted to see that for my own eyes, and they have since removed the details from that red banner.
