The duality of occasionally looking at myself and thinking… okay, I may not like this body, but it does have killer titays, and constantly debating a reduction so that I don’t continue searching for a way to comfortably (and “professionally”) support and not squish them.

HARD same. I have been keeping myself in the most comfy, least supportive “sports” bras all summer (I work for a school so I have been working from home for the last month) and I have to go back to the office on Monday.
