He was an X-ray safety technical supervisor for a company that worked with BIG x-ray machines and ended up with a lot of contracts with art museums (checking for reliquary bones, old statue repairs, internal damage) but also things like themeparks and NASA who needed safety testing.

It was on a mood board for a fantasy reliquary I built! The ever screaming jaw bone says 'holy'.
Also my dad had an odd job in industrial testing that lead to him knowing about the kind of status people stick bones in and I heard a lot about it at the dinner table.

3 pieces of media have genuinely scared me. (teens: audition, kid: 'alien' which was a real kick in the pants when the one time my family went to disney i got stuck on 'the great movie ride' with my dad on the nostromo, and little kid: JUST the theme song to 'tales from the crypt', i loved the show
