The entire point of the observers is that they are *not* discreet, they are *very obvious* in what they are doing, because *it is not illegal*, and images of masked state agents brutalizing and murdering regular people have been *the* most effective thing in fighting fascism in the public forum

Activities and plans to do what? MN protests have been coordinated actions by neighborhoods to inform on where ICE is and observe them. ICE already knows they're doing that because *that is the entire point*, and it's also not illegal

I have answered everything you've brought, and you in turn keep moving the goalposts because "theoretically, someone could reveal information to an ICE agent" which yeah, someone could be hit by a meteor tomorrow as well. Doesn't mean it's likely, and leaks are immensely helpful in a fight like this

And its current population is COMPLETELY dominated by people who were hired in the last 12 months. More than half of ALL ICE OFFICERS were hired in the last 12 months, and those are the ones who are on the ground, it's why they're so sloppy and undisciplined

He will absolutely try, and we must prepare. That being said, it is a very tall task for him, as states administer elections. The infrastructure does not exist for him to do this outside of arresting randos at polling stations (which I do think would trigger a larger-scale response from the public)
