Yes, the deportees were in shackles. The crime they committed was having no documentation. That is not violent criminals.

So apparently, the Mexican government is trying to build shelter for the people that are going to get deported to Mexico. Their government is proactive and cares about them. Our government just wants to separate families and worship millionaires 🥲😢🥺
