Yesterday, I spent the 6 month anniversary of my freedom from domestic violence on stage. Back to my roots. Singing again. This whole last 6 months has been full of music and women who support me while I heal. Super empowered!

Coming up on 6 months single. I'll be spending that day on stage. Going from being controlled in nearly every aspect to shining again feels like breathing again. The best I can explain is chrysalis, but that comes from my childhood abuse, maybe the Phoenix. I will rise again. Higher than before.
