Gwen (Part 2) - Gator Days
Panel 1 Gwen and Polly are in Polly's room studying. Posters of some of Polly's favorite bands are taped above Polly's bed. Specifically Dr. Wyrm and Fork Fight. Polly has been growing concerned because of how Gwen talks about her parents. Polly: Hey Gwen. Is everything okay at your home? Panel 2 Gwen sits in a chair in front of Polly's computer. They are listening to a music stream called "Anime Jams to Nap/Learn To". Most of Polly's video recommendations are for click bait and absurdly long videos that only play a looping noise. Gwen smiles and begins to respond. Gwen: It's... Panel 3 Gwen glances away. This is a moment where she thinks she might finally be able to mention something that's been on her mind. There is something she wants to say but she can't get herself to say it. Polly can tell that something is up from Gwen's sudden shift in demeanor. Panel 4 Gwen can't get herself to say want she wants to say. She shifts her focus to her text book. Gwen: It's fine. Polly: IT'S THAT BAD? Polly blurts this out without thinking.
