I totally get that Mike and Shane are affiliated with the team and wouldn’t really expect them to be critical, but it’s awkward to volunteer a fan questions segment where the answer is usually a variation on “you’re dumb for even asking that question.”

I’m not privy to the full situation here on bsky, but if you ever listen to the Canes Cast, they’re pretty openly hostile to fan opinions and questions.

There’s a bit where they refer to “the couch,” which basically refers to fans needing therapy because they aren’t constantly glazing the org.

Whenever someone retires or otherwise decides to give up the working life, it only takes like 3 days to completely forget what working was like:

- “Hey, let’s grab drinks on your lunch break.”
- “Hey, I can come hang out while you work from home.”
- “Want to come on this trip Tue-Fri?”
