Reading that article was incredibly infuriating, and it'll affect *so many people* too

Unsolicited advice, but since I know this all too well, Clip Paint actually has tools for that.
If you use Vector Layer and 'Fill up to vector path' on the Fill tool, it does a better job at it. And the 'Paint unfilled area' tool lets you easily fix any bad spots.

Can't speak for Tour, but I can swear by using a handheld device (I use TabMate that is tailored for Clip Studio) and then combine it with StrokesPlus when bound to one of the pen-buttons. It's very freeing for your other hand to just have it wherever you want.

A few months back Nexon (parent company) revealed *very* backhandedly their plans of GW3; so who knows!

Amazing artwork as usual, that town is prettier than I had imagined it and I love seeing the scale of that dome!
