Also, I’m not sure that our Secretary of Defense could talk cogently about the politics of the Middle East for three whole minutes, so there’s that too. We are careening toward a geopolitical abyss with only Bibi Netanyahu in charge.
Just for the record: This isn’t the thoughtful, strategic, and historically grounded person I’d want in the Oval Office as the most serious war in the Middle East in a generation starts.

No one should wonder whether a lawmaker is advancing their own financial interest or the public interest.

It's not relevant whether Abrego Garcia has committed thousands of crimes. Disappearing him off to an El Salvadorean maximum security prison *without due process* is wholly illegal totalitarian bullshit. Everyone who has been sent there by this administration should be brought back, not just him.
