... But one of the 3 who went back through took it with them. Its just so hard to plan the next session.

My instinct is to do the fight with big linda and kinda force them to ask for their friend back. But that leaves out one of the players in a major fight.

... Person got through. deceit was defeated by the final person. When we went back to the other 3 they found the chair had been moved to the arena by the queen. So we have 3 in the arena and one still in the queen's lair.

What do I do?? XD They found the scroll of teleport...

... And decided to raid her stash instead. She turned up in the office through the chair with lies and deceit. They went to attack her and she fled back and left lies and deceit there. 3 of the party went back through the chair and lies followed. Deceit destroyed the chair before the last...

Oops this thread was for @kaiinreallife.bsky.social and the dungeon dudes - couldnt find the dungeon dudes account, but its just about my groups blunders with the queen of thieves.

But i was like "what would the queen do??? Oh... Move the chair to the arena right" so the 3 others have now appeared in the arena to face off against big linda XD they keep underestimating her and also not realising that actions have consequences here haha they could have gotten out *so* easily.

Fireballed the chair earlier so one assassin followed 3 of the who left by the chair in the first round, the other assassin breaks the chair to stop the final person escaping and by the skin of her teeth my player wins that fight...

... Then they go rob the queen, who was already in the building because she was there for the fight, she is in the room after their looting and then when she is threatened she returns through the chair. Then they fight some assassins from the new monster book (very good btw), but one of them...

They were then chased because there obviously was no fight happening (they were the fight) and continued running down to the office (which was alarmed obvs). One of them sat in the chair and went to the private sanctum, next session they all go there...

They decided to sack off big lindas fight and tried looking around, they ended up back in the bar of the court where they convinced them that a different fight was happening and they needed to go down. Then they started going towards the office...

So they decide to go confront her, and go to the fighting pits, which they win and then get taken to the court. Then they get tricked into going into the gas with the riddle because they have some items she wants and then they can fight big linda and a bargain can be struck. Instead...

...This has had to happen in response to better education causing intelligence to be skewed to higher numbers. "G" (the measure of intelligence) is not as universal as it first appears. But it is cultivated through a system which *aims* to have equal numbers either side of the average.
