I finally got what's wrong with natlan being "too modern"
The problem is that it didn't go all the way. Only playable characters have these high-tech gadgets, no one else has them. That's why it feels out of place.
Natlan could've been wakanda with phlogiston as the vibranium, but of course not 😑

i hate when people are like "this sounds like it was composed in someone's garage at 3am" as some sort of insullt about a song. if u can't understand the beauty of the innate drive to create when u're struck by inspiration late in the night, you dont know what art is. also it sounds fucking awesome
