I did the Ground Grind for the first time in 14 years this morning and it wasn’t horrible. And it was fun to see the Grizzly bears at the top, clearly the fan favourite.

My heart goes out to all the folks impacted by the Manitoba wildfires. I read that Whiteshell Provincial Park is under evacuation, which was where I spent some time many years ago; a gorgeous summer holiday destination in the Canadian shield. I hope everyone there is safe.
