I have discomfort with SOME of the Articles (XVII, somewhat XXII, portions of XXV [last paragraph], somewhat XXXVIII, as I am somewhat socialist in leaning).

At the Annual Meeting, I reported the Average Sunday Attendance increased from 21 to 22. We also approved increasing outreach funding to 13% of the operating budget. Much of our budget is non-discretionary. 13% is a much larger percentage of our discretionary budget reflecting a missional vision.
