Agreed. Especially since Sorkin literally prefaced it with a "HERE'S HOW THIS IS GOING TO GO" conversation.

I love that track.

Oh, people love it. The biggest disconnects I have with people in film and TV are Sorkin and Fincher.

I didn't know Sorkin at all when I saw AFGM in the theater, and walked out thinking the climax ruined the film.

I just think Sorkin's writing is heavyhanded and pretentious. And melodramatic. And he cuts every ounce of suspense out of the film by telegraphing the climax, and relying on his actors to carry his over-the-top dialogue.

Still, it's better than any of the TV shows he's written.
