On National #TruthandReconciliation Day we should all take time to reflect on the truths of residential schools. We honour survivors, their families and communities, and those who passed. Today is an opportunity to listen and learn.

We had a great time at the Operating Engineers (IUOE Local 115) Heavy Equipment Rodeo! It is always fun to be able to see people discovering the trades. Attendees got to try operating excavators, the cranes, and the simulators.

(1/2) With regards to the Bruhn Bridge project:

BCIB is not involved in negotiating commercial agreements with Economic Development Groups, nor is BCIB involved in the pricing of construction contracts or the awarding of construction contracts.

On the #dayofmourning, we honour the lives of workers that were lost or injured on the job. Last year, 146 British Colubian workers died from workplace accidents and illness. Today, we stand with labour and business leaders to remember those people and our responsibility to create safe worsites.
