The format of the Epstein emails is an eDiscovery load file. It is extremely common way to compile and disclose data in litigation. It is read by eDisco software like Relativity, Reveal, CSDisco, etc.

As a trial ad professor, I love when I get a call from a student after their first trial. Always feels good when they report they felt well prepared for trial (even better if they won).

This was done before: Air American Radio. It flopped.
@alfranken.bsky.social discusses some of the reasons why in his book.
Certainly worth looking into why before trying to create something new.
More recently we have seen success on the left with podcasts like @podsaveamerica.crooked.com .

I agree - but I'll take any action right now. She is also doing more than just posting. She has held rallies, gone on podcasts, etc. Dems just need to be everywhere to get their message out.

This kind of product sounds useful but also dangerous. What data does it store? What protections does it offer its users? What happens if they receive a subpoena or warrant for the data?
