Yesterday the #BCgov approved Ksi Lisims LNG, an American-owned export terminal that will transport 12 mil tonnes of LNG annually to Asia. This project is not only a carbon bomb, it was pushed through despite the concerns and/or explicit lack of consent from many Indigenous nations (see photo).

The ICJ's recent opinion makes it crystal clear. The #BCgov has a legal obligation to act on #climatechange.
