Last week Dr. Julio Montaner was honoured to join a panel of medical experts in Buenos Aires at the Universidad del Salvador to present "Treatment as Prevention to Optimize the Control of HIV/AIDS and Other Infectious Diseases" as part of their program on the public health impacts of STIs.
