Yeah I'm leaning that way, memtest was fine, reinstalled windows etc and still crops up. This is often crashing on wide jobs (often with some 0xFFFFs as some instruction) and my guess is the cache memory is fucked or like 1 core has failed or something. Or it just sucks.
