A lot of questions about how back pain can impact sexual performance (“why can’t he just lay there?”) and while mobility is a part of it, consider also that nerves in the base of the spine allow for reflex erections & ejaculation & damaging/pinching these can result in ED or pain with sex 🧵

& I’m not judging, I’m curious. What does “toxic” mean to her? Is it fear based or just trendy? The chemophobia wave lacks evidence, but marketing doesn’t care about that

RFK announcement puts a fine point on something I've been trying to articulate and is a theme of the Trump years. It's something I've wrestled with and that a lot of Dem messaging has gotten wrong. Part of what Trump does is constantly divide the country along the lines of pro-system and anti-system
