I’m tired of blood feeding insects deciding that my family are a meal!
We had good cold weather last winter! Why are the ticks & fleas so abundant this fall?

Check yourselves!
Test the tick, if you find a tick attached(time attached to infection relation is a myth).
Treat per ILADS protocol.

A goal…
“Suffering needs respect. Don't try to ignore hurt-it is real. Let it soften you instead of hardening you. Let it open you instead of closing you. Let hurt send you looking for those who accept you, instead of hiding from those who reject you.

A true rarity! 30 minutes out of house.
A drive to comfort a friend & share in person.
A quick stop at park to look over some nature on way home.
Small inconsequential things to most a privilege for this #Meeper
Taken from car.
Looks much more adventurous doesn’t it? #Myalgicencephalomyelitis

Simple, low effort mutual aid!
Ask neighbors/friends if you can pick up items for them at the stores you are already going shopping in.

Nature is still moving forward.
What a privilege to view it & hear it for a few moments outside, that aren’t frigid.

My ahhhh for today.

One of few pleasures lft in life is watching birds at feeders.
We think we know, that right thing is wean them off feeders to protect from H5N1
The journey continues. How can we nurture our psyche as loss upon loss continues wout reprieve.
If anyone has guidance on either it’s welcome.

Book of faces today thought they would advertise a FootUndeez (create the illusion of dancing barefoot
Its four way stretch spandex material is both breathable and stable thanks to the sewn in fore foot pads.) to me.

It’s hard to leave FB when it still thinks of me as an able bodied athlete.
