Currently actually enjoying my job too, which is a bonus. Been 5 years doing shite work but now back doing what I'm good at, on a team who are all really nice with a manager I've known for years. Work wise, it's as good as it's been since before covid.

I would ban LED's above a certain luminosity. There is absolutely no need for them to be as bright as they are. It's dangerous, especially on cars like Range Rovers which are higher off the ground. They shine directly in your eyes and make it hard to see where you're going.
