Well this is the worst fucking Christmas for a while. No proper sleep since Christmas Eve and every day my throat/chest/head feels worse. I now can't speak, every cough hurts like hell and my nose is running constantly. This can seriously fuck off now.

2 weeks today will mark the successful completion of my #nobeerforayear challenge. Not touched a drop of beer in 2025. Haven't missed it and I've lost weight. Still like an occasional glass of pinot grigio but might never drink beer again 🤷♂️
