USDA and SACN ( and EU food policy) swayed by Big Food in having weak policy on UPFs. No good reason not to restrict , tax and limit marketing of UPFs. Stop subsidies on ingredients in UPFs that make them cheap, and use tax on UPFs to make healthy food affordable, along with UBI and higher wages.
