I play a Grocery store manager by day, but in my free time I’m an avid board game player. I’m hoping to head gracefully into my 60s, and stave off Alzheimer’s, by playing brain burning Euros. I also love music, movies, and video games. Gen X FTW!
Abomination has been rotting in my collection for 3 years now. I always say that it would be the perfect Halloween game, but now Halloween has come and gone again. Is it a good enough game to play as an everyday game? How’s the learning curve? Thanks!

I wonder. Can you return a game you suspect is counterfeit? And yes, my friend did get his money back from Amazon

It’s quite shocking how brazen was. They even had the weight of the box the same as the weight of the game with its original components. In this case it was 2 lbs. What’s also brazen is that Amazon sells returned or used product without even checking what’s inside the box.

I think I just need to be walked through the process once. I’m hoping this will help me use my game library to trade for games I’m currently interested in.

The last kickstarter for Merchants Cove brings new characters and mini games and expands the game board into a new game. It was almost lost to me, but just before going under, they shipped the expansion. I had to pay an extra $57 in tariffs to get it, but it’s better than losing the game completely.

I’ve played this game in all its iterations. How do you feel it holds up? Do you feel the expansions made it better or worse? I’ve been digging into Edge of Darkness lately and I’m struggling with the do we really need this expansion? Is there a point where expansions ruin a game?

It’s been very hard finding a copy of this expansion. I heard it was in reprint?

Where do you live? BGA is a fantastic way to quell the longing to connect with people and the games they truly like to play. I find that although not every game I want is there, I can find a game to scratch the itch. Discord allows you to stream a game your playing so remote play can be done.
