Amazon selling used boardgames disappoints as my friend orders a used copy of the Cascadia expansion. Amazon shipped this used or returned boardgame. It contained the punched punchboards, a bag of dirt and raisins. Buyer beware? Raisins are good for you right?

Expansions for expansion sake. Do they really make a game better? Do they actually ruin some games?
Keep a game pure? No expansions no problems?
I think modules in boardgames is the way to go. Stop with the needless expansions!

Finally got Revive to the table. Man, that game did not disappoint. I think that Revive actually immersed me more than any recent game. I was totally thinking like the machine I built. I’m very eager to try the campaign. Have you guys tried it? Is it worth the time?

If you play the North Sea campaign, it has updated Runestones as well.

It’s on BGA, and I suggest it at 3 or 4. It’s so quick, and for a small card game it packs a surprising amount of strategy along with a truly fun card game.
