I'm a liberal and a lapsed Catholic with many issues concerning the Catholic Church.
However, Pope Francis is a good pope and person. He's called out many wrongs (including trump's treatment of refugees). He has done a lot to advance the Church as forward as he can. I do hope he finds peace.
